In order to progress through the levels of the VIP program, you need to earn Status Points (they are also called Loyalty or Comp Points). No, you won't lose your level. When you make bets on real money, you accumulate the same number of Redeemable (or Exchangeable) Points along with Status Points. Status Points are meant to display your level in our VIP program while Redeemable points reset after you exchange them.
